Description

Rosco Chroma Key Paints have been developed in collaboration with video technicians across the nation, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements for keying effects by delivering high luminance values and vibrant colour saturation.

Solvent: Water
Binder Type: Vinyl Acrylic

Dilution: Ready to use straight from the can. If necessary, it can be diluted with water, though dilution may result in less even coverage.

Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt and grease. For porous surfaces (excluding fabrics), prime with Rosco Tough Prime. For new plaster, use a commercial primer/sealer designed for raw plaster, followed by Rosco Tough Prime as the final preparation.

Application: Stir contents before use (do not shake). Apply using a brush, roller, or spray gun in thin, even coats. Utilize a high-quality brush or roller, employ overlapping strokes, and maintain a wet edge. Change roller direction frequently to prevent patterns and streaking.

VOC Content: Maximum 50g/L
Coverage: Approximately 300 sq. ft. per gallon
Average Dry Time: At 75°F (24°C), dries to the touch in 30 minutes, re-coatable in 1-2 hours.

  • Chroma Key Blue (#05710): 342° Phase Angle, 52 Luminance
  • Chroma Key Green (#05711): 242° Phase Angle, 57 Luminance

Cautions: Do not apply below 50°F. Protect from freezing. Avoid prolonged skin contact or inhalation of spray. Not for internal use. Adequate ventilation is essential. Keep out of reach of children.

Warranty Information

We will replace or credit goods that are received damaged on delivery only if evidence is supplied and we are notified by telephone or writing within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returned broken lamps. All returns must be previously arranged by requesting a Returns Authorisation Number and this return number is valid for 14 days after issue. Defective goods will only be accepted for return within 60 days of original dispatch, unless covered by a separate written warranty. Any goods for credit or replacement are subject to evaluation by the manufacturer prior to any credit or replacement. Returns of non faulty goods will only be accepted for return for credit within 60 days of original dispatch, must have original packaging and if a return is agreed, will attract a handling charge.
