We understand that stock is limited at the moment and there are delays on the supply chain that is making it difficult to source your replacement lamps.  Here at MGC Entertainment, we don't want you to miss out just because we don't have stock when you are looking.  So we have launched Pre-Order as an option on our website.

This allows you to reserve your lamp so that when the stock arrives to us, we will automatically send your order to you.  We try and be as accurate and transparent as possible for when we expect the stock to arrive.  We get notified by the manufacturer when they expect the shipment to arrive and we advertise this on the product.  If after your order this date is delayed we will be in contact to let you know.

You are free to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time if you find stock elsewhere, or if you just can't wait.
